Nadi, Fiji – Effective 1 May, traveling to Fiji is now more accessible for AAdvantage® members, with American Airlines introducing reduced economy class mileage requirements for award travel on Fiji Airways’ nonstop flights from North America to Nadi.
As part of this enhancement, one way economy class award travel to Fiji on Fiji Airways will now start from 28,000 AAdvantage® miles, reduced from 40,000 miles previously for nonstop flights to Nadi from North America. One way business class award travel will continue to be available from 80,000 miles.
This update strengthens the partnership between American Airlines and Fiji Airways and makes award travel to Fiji more accessible for AAdvantage® members.

AAdvantage® members can redeem the reduced economy mileage year round on eligible Fiji Airways operated nonstop flights between North America and Fiji, subject to award seat availability. Award travel can be booked through American’s booking channels, where mileage levels, cabins, and applicable taxes and fees will be displayed at the time of booking.
