AIR Niugini was honoured to briefly host a special guest- Alex Johnston (AJ) this morning during his visit to Port Moresby.
Not only is Alex a talented rugby league player, but he is also one of the proud pioneer players to sign with the PNG Chiefs in the NRL, ahead of their 2028 debut.
His journey continues to inspire many young Papua New Guineans who dream of making their mark in rugby league, a sport deeply loved across the country.
AJ arrived in Port Moresby two days ago for community engagement activities and public appearances as a Brand Ambassador for Lae Biscuits, and his presence has generated great excitement among fans who have followed his story every step of the way.

As expected, it was a lively and memorable visit—with plenty of photos taken and autographs signed along the way!
